A Trip to OC Wouldn't Be Complete Without...

Pardon the quality of these photos, as they were taken via my Blackberry. Although I must say that for cell phone quality photos, they sure did come out amazing. (Have I mentioned lately how much I love my phone???) haha. Okay, enough about my ‘Berry. Onto the good stuff…

So anyone who either grew up in Orange or Villa Park or who knows me fairly well knows that I have an infatuation with this particular place I like to call the “O.M.” (better known as the “Orange Mall,” or for the new class, “The Village.”) I endured this former weekend in Orange County, and prior to hopping on the freeway yesterday and heading back to the ‘Wood, I couldn’t help but make a stop at the place that houses the fabulosity that is Fashion Q, Styles For Less, Knife Gallery, Shoe Barn (I think that’s what it’s called) and most importantly, Walmart. Ah, yes, this Tustin Avenue landmark has brought sheer joy to me for more than 20 years, and my heart bleeds with happiness whenever I have the opportunity to go back—which is why I just *had* to take photos and share them with you.

(In case any confusion should arise) To you Oregon folk, think Gateway Mall with a little more cultural diversity.

Good times!
